Terms of Use
Last updated October 1, 2026
These terms govern your use of caffeineshark.com (the “Site”), operated by the partners of Caffeine Shark (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them.
Reviews are opinions
Shark Scores, ratings, and reviews are the personal opinions of their authors. They are for entertainment and general information only and are not medical, nutritional, or health advice.
Caffeine and health
Energy drinks contain caffeine and other stimulants. Caffeine figures on the Site come from manufacturers and may change without notice; always check the product label. Energy drinks are not recommended for children, people who are pregnant or nursing, or anyone sensitive to caffeine. Consult a medical professional if you have questions about caffeine and your health.
Reader reviews and submissions
When you submit a review, rating, or message, you confirm it is your own honest opinion and give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, edit for length or clarity, and use it on the Site and our channels. We may decline or remove any submission at our discretion, including spam, abuse, or content that is unlawful or off-topic. Reader ratings count toward the Shark Score only after a Shark approves them.
Affiliate links
Some links, including links to Amazon, are affiliate links. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Prices and availability are set by the retailer, not us.
Intellectual property
Site content, design, the Caffeine Shark name, and the Shark Score are ours. Product names, logos, and can images belong to their respective owners and appear for identification and review purposes.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or any product you buy based on it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; continuing to use the Site means you accept the update.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
