Vanilla Coke is delicious. This drink is Vanilla Coke. Unfortunately, the caffeine content is just too low to be evaluated with most energy drinks.

Introduction

Snagged this and the caramel Coca-Cola With Coffee variant at the request of a friend and former roommate, also named Jared. Shoutout to that guy.

Taste

7.6

The taste analysis is going to be really straightforward for y'all. It's vanilla coke. There's the slightest hint of coffee while it's going down, but I seriously think I'd struggle in a blind taste taste to differentiate between the two.

Fortunately, this really dumbs down the taste discussion to a yes/no question. Do you like Vanilla Coke? You'll love this. Not a fan of Vanilla Coke? Probably gonna be a pass.

Appearance

6

The can isn't bad. Coke evidently decided to spice the can up a bit from the now defunct Coca-Cola Energy, and I think they added some nice touches. The coffee bean drives the coffee point home, and the little flavor banner at the top is clean.

Kick

2

69mg of caffeine (nice). 18g of sugar, which is significantly fewer grams than I expected considering how sweet the vanilla is. Unfortunately, the caffeine content is just too low to be evaluated with most energy drinks.

Conclusion

Vanilla Coke is delicious. This drink is Vanilla Coke.

I do like the hint of coffee. But there are a few reasons why I won't seek this out again. 1) Too expensive. Over $2 for what's essentially a can of coke just isn't my cup of tea. 2) The caffeine content is too low to evaluate it for a realistic kick or boost.
